How Complex Assets Can Fuel Philanthropic Goals When setting aside money for philanthropic giving, your clients can consider their full financial portfolio, including appreciated assets. Sometimes, grassroots or smaller charities aren't equipped to receive gifts of privately held business interests or real estate, which makes donor-advised funds the perfect vehicle for complex charitable gifts. Join us to learn about outside-of-the-box ways to approach tax savings and philanthropic impact using donor-advised funds. We will cover: - An overview of the gifting process - Understanding the tax advantages of donating appreciated assets - How giving complex assets can further philanthropic impact When?
