West Bottoms Roundup at the American Royal Dust off your boots! We're headed to Kansas City's West Bottoms to explore the 124th annual American Royal Livestock Show. During our visit, we'll learn about the American Royal's efforts to lead food and agriculture education and experiences through their livestock shows, barbecue competitions, rodeos, youth outreach and more. As the American Royal prepares to move to their future home in Wyandotte County, we'll get a sneak peek of what will become the hub of all things agriculture for generations to come. Since we'll enjoy burnt ends and walk to the barns to visit with the youth and their hogs, steers, sheep and goats, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes. When? Friday, October 13 3 to 5 p.m. Where? The American Royal Complex 1701 American Royal Court Kansas City, MO 64102 We will provide specific parking information and the gathering location to registered attendees. This exclusive opportunity is reserved for donors who have funds at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation. We encourage you to bring your children, grandchildren or other members of the next generation who have an interest in food and agriculture. Questions?
